All of our gift certificate flight tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable and are good for two flying seasons.
We want to fly you so we encourage you to make your reservation as soon as the season begins. It is impossible to fly someone that does not actively make reservations.
Since ballooning is weather sensitive, rescheduling is not uncommon. If your flight canceled, we encourage you to call us immediately and make another reservation.
OUR POLICY IS STRICT... because we have PROTECTED your reservation and UNDERBOOKED your flight.
Ladies, we do not fly purses. High heels, sandals, or open-toed shoes are not permitted. Absolutely NO PREGNANCIES
Since the passenger gondola is high-sided, we recommend that children be taller than 48 inches so they can see. Everyone must be able to climb in and out unassisted. If needed a step stool is provided. Normal agility is strictly required.
Aircraft is weight sensitive; so be honest about your weight when you are asked at the time you make your reservation. We are required to know.
Prior to the pre-flight briefing, each guest will be asked to sign a waiver and verify that they have no physical or psychological problems, which would prohibit them from participating in the balloon flight.
FLIGHT SCHEDULE
CALL - WEEKDAYS - 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and WEEKENDS - 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Our season begins in May and goes through the end of October. We fly Tuesday through Friday evenings and Saturday and Sunday morning and evenings, weather permitting. Our morning flights are at sunrise and our evenings flights are two (2) hours before sunset. This is the time of day when the wind is calm (we don't fly in wind greater than 8 mph).
